Which do you prefer: rotary (like Phillips) or regular (like Braun) electric shavers?

I have only used Braun electric shavers, and there are so many of the rotary shavers for sale, I need help in deciding which type gives a better shave in a shorter amount of time. So which type do you prefer, and why?
