Why is my phillips electric razor cutting me?

i just got this razor a week ago i used to just use a regular shaver but i decided to go electric because it looked easier. everytime i shave my face i have a new mark on my cheek. it almost looks like a little tear. this time after shaving it made one of the tears even bigger. has anyone had this problem before? its freaking me out i have all these marks on my face. its supposed to be a good razor i payed like 120 bucks for it but know im afraid to shave.
