My Phillips tv skips over te hdmi channel, please help?

it is a 60 inch Phillis 60pw9363 I believe it's called and it won't let me go to the hdmi channel which let's me watch cable tv. hdmi is after the av3 channel and before hd cvi channel but it skips over it and won't let me watch tv. please help
