For School-Shootings, Do You Think That The Shooter/s Should Be Included in the Memorial / Tribute Services?

I think they should. You have got kids killing kids, that in itself is terribly sad. It's up to society to ensure it doesn't happen again, and the only way to do that is to change social attitudes. The shooters were victims too, long before the shooting. Whose fault is it that that was the only way out they could see?
