Sky Broadband Help Please?

Have you got a micro filter plugged in? Or did you accidently unplug it with your old phone and forget to plug it back in with your new one? Micro filters also don't last forever. I'm with Sky too and mine slowed down to 0.3 meg a few weeks ago. Swapped the micro filter and it went back to normal.
