Have you ever believed this when it came to stopping failure?
I always witness guys go up to a more powerful handgun caliber when they read something. A couple weeks ago on here I said that I would use a .500SW magnum for HD. Well today I heard it from another experience hunter I know. Anyway it always if a 9mm don't work than a .45auto will or if a .357mag fails then a .44mag will get the job done when it comes to stopping criminals. There is a 9mm vs .45auto debate on youtube where a guy talks on how a full size 1911 could of saved this officers life. And we all know that accuracy is still number 1 and that practice makes perfect. My question is if you had a real life situation and you was unhappy with the stopping power of your gun, would you go up to a more potent caliber? We had already seen this back in the 1986 Miami FBI shootings and how they changed to a 10mm(which they say is not living up to its expectations).
