Do you believe that the world is more dangerous now than when we were growing up?

I'm only 19 but I believe that every generation has there social, economic and hazardous flaws. What was innapropriate to parents for their children's behavior or dressing or doing 50 years ago, could be the norm today and we might considerate it very minor today. It will be the same for when I have children. Although that also comes into question about how you raise someone but we're not talking about children, we're talking about the world weather it being more dangerous or not. I say no. Definitely not. Each generation has it's own ground-breaking technologies and radical ideas that also become normal within a decade or two. If you want to know who to blame the world for "seeming" dangerous, blame the media. Not saying it's bad but they take things way out of proportion. The world has always been dangerous. It's society's responcibility to adapt to it and overcome.
