Are we lucky not to have any school shootings/murders?

we dont have shootings in school because in malaysia ,firearms are illegal , i mean it is very difficult to get alicense for firearm but compare to the west and other countries , they can easilly buy firearm in the market ,when everyone posses a gun , it will be dangerious to the society and we dont feel safe at all so this causes many cases of school shottings and murders
